Siendo la retribución económica de los servicios profesionales un derecho, el odontólogo fijará sus honorarios de conformidad con la importancia y circunstancias del tratamiento que debe efectuar, teniendo en cuenta la situación económica del paciente, y previo acuerdo con éste o sus responsables.
