Artículo segundo. Los servicios administrativos de Colombia en el Exterior, que actualmente comprenden ocho cargos, quedaran reducidos al siguiente personal

a)

Un Consejero de Inmigración en la Embajada de Colombia ante el Gobierno de Italia;

b)

Un Agregado Civil encargado de los asuntos de inmigración en la Embajada de Colombia ante el Gobierno de España;

c)

Una Mecanotaquigrafa en la Embajada de Colombia ante el Gobierno de Italia.
