Decreto 228 de 2026 · por el cual se adoptan medidas excepcionales en materia de agua y saneamiento básico en el marco del Estado de Emergencia Económica, Social y Ecológica en los departamentos de Córdoba, Antioquia, La Guajira, Sucre, Bolívar, Cesar, Magdalena y Chocó.

Parágrafo transitorio

al artículo 250 de la Ley 1450 de 2011, el cual quedará así: “

Parágrafo transitorio

Con el propósito de conjurar los efectos de las condiciones climáticas excepcionales que dieron lugar a la emergencia declarada mediante el Decreto número 0150 de 2026, el Ministerio de Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio podrá estructurar y ejecutar proyectos de agua potable y saneamiento básico. Para ello podrá, entre otros, crear un comité especial de atención de emergencias y celebrar negocios jurídicos con sociedades fiduciarias.’’
