Masa de la liquidación . La masa de la liquidación de la Administración Postal Nacional, Adpostal, en liquidación estará constituida por los bienes de propiedad de Adpostal en liquidación, a los que se refiere el artículo 20 del Decreto 254 de 2000. No formarán parte de la masa de la liquidación, para lo cual se entenderán como bienes excluidos de la masa, los señalados en el artículo 21 del Decreto 254 de 2000.
