Art. 31. El 5 de mayo deberán estar decididas todas las reclamaciones hechas y formadas las correspondientes listas de altas y bajas, las cuales se fijarán al pie de las listas respectivas. Se fijará también una minuta de las reclamaciones hechas y de lo que a cada una resolvió el jurado.

Lo dispuesto en este artículo no exime al Secretario del Jurado del deber de dar a los interesados los informes que le pidan acerca de las reclamaciones que les conciernen.
