° Modifícase el artículo 1.° de los Estatutos de la Escuela Nacional de Minas de Medellín, así: la Escuela dará instrucción pública y gratuita sobre Ingeniería de minas, Ingeniería civil y demás ciencias relacionadas con éstas, á las personas que la soliciten y que teniendo los necesarios requisitos, se sometan á las disposiciones del Decreto que la estableció, á las de estos Estatutos y á las demás que tenga á bien dictar el Consejo Directivo.
