El Gobierno continuara la construcción de la Penitenciaria de Bucaramanga, para la cual procederá a ordenar la revisión inmediata de los planos. Para la terminación del edificio se destina en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia la suma de treinta mil pesos ($30.000ºº).
