Adiciónase un nuevo literal al artículo 46 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, el cual quedará así: "i) Disponer del espacio físico y el acondicionamiento del mismo para la ubicación de los equipos y la infraestructura tecnológica del SUNIR así como permitir la permanencia del personal técnico autorizado y almacenamiento de los repuestos que garanticen la operatividad del SUNIR".
