Con el fin de conservar sus suelos, corrientes de agua y asegurar su adecuada utilización, el Gobierno reglamentará la utilización de los terrenos de propiedad privada que se encuentren localizados dentro de los límites de las Zonas de Reserva Forestal o de Bosques Nacionales.
