" Art. 1°. Destinase la suma de trece mil trescientos setenta y cuatro pesos (S 13,374) á los gastos de preparación y aplicación de la vacuna, comprendiendo en ellos los que faltan en el bienio y los que ya se han hecho en el Parque y Oficina de Vacunación desde que se agotó la partida respectiva del Presupuesto vigente.
