Article 44

Decreto 677 de 1995 · por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente el Régimen de Registros y Licencias, el Control de Calidad, así como el Régimen de Vigilancia Sanitaria de Medicamentos, Cosméticos, Preparaciones Farmacéuticas a base de Recursos Naturales, Productos de Aseo, Higiene y Limpieza y otros productos de uso doméstico y se dictan otras disposiciones sobre la materia.

Del registro sanitario para la importación de preparaciones farmacéuticas a base de recursos naturales. Cuando se trate de registros sanitarios para importar y vender, importar, envasar y vender e importar, semielaborar y vender, preparaciones farmacéuticas a base de recursos naturales, se deberán cumplir los siguientes requisitos

Para la importación de preparaciones farmacéuticas a base de recursos naturales incluidos en la lista básica oficial: - Evaluación técnica que realizará el Invima - Evaluación legal;

Para la importación de preparaciones farmacéuticas a base de recursos naturales, no incluidos en la lista básica aceptada: - Evaluación de sustentación histórica - Evaluación técnica que realizará el Invima - Evaluación legal.
