La prima de Navidad a favor de los servidores de obras públicas nacionales, cuyas asignaciones se atienden con partidas globales de la Ley de Apropiaciones liquidadas dentro de los capítulos del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, se pagará por el referido despacho con cargo a la apropiación global del respectivo servicio, en los casos en que hubiere lugar a ello.
