Límite de Coberturas. El número de coberturas disponibles definidas por el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, al que se refiere el artículo 2.10.1.5.1.2. de la presente sección, que podían ser objeto del beneficio previsto en este Capítulo 5, no podía superar 12.600 coberturas para los créditos desembolsados o contratos de leasing habitacional iniciados a partir de febrero 5 de 2014, siempre y cuando existiera disponibilidad presupuestal para el efecto.
