A las elecciones de los representantes de los empleados de carrera de las contralorías territoriales en la Comisiones Seccionales de Carrera se aplicarán, teniendo en cuenta lo establecido en el artículo anterior, las disposiciones contenidas en los artículos 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 y 20 del Decreto 1570 de 1998.
