Decreto 410 de 1971 · POR LA CUAL SE EXPIDE EL CÓDIGO DE COMERCIO

Si el título ya estuviere vencido o venciere durante el procedimiento, el actor podrá pedir al juez que ordene a los signatarios que depositen, a disposición del juzgado, el importe del título.

Si los obligados se negaren a realizar el pago, quien obtuvo la cancelación podrá legitimarse con la copia de la sentencia, para exigir las prestaciones derivadas del título.
