PRECIO NORMAL DE MERCANCIAS AVERIADAS O DETERIORADAS. El precio normal de las mercancías que se encuentren averiadas o deterioradas en la fecha de presentación de la declaración de importación, se podrá reducir, siempre que las mismas sean verificadas en inspección aduanera solicitada por el importador, conforme al artículo 33 del Decreto 1909 de 1992.
