Siempre que el Juez de Menores considere que los padres no son aptos para ejercer la guarda de sus hijos menores y resuelva confiarla a otras personas o establecimientos públicos o privados, determinará en la sentencia la cuota mensual con que deberán contribuír aquellos, la que deberá fijarse teniendo en cuenta la culpabilidad de los padres y principalmente la capacidad económica de los mismos.
