En las Juntas Directivas de todos los establecimientos de asistencia pública, de beneficencia o higiene, oficiales y particulares, habrá un representante del Departamento Nacional de Higiene, bien sea designado directamente por tal dependencia o por intermedio de las autoridades seccionales de Higiene.
