Para efectos de la obtención de licencia de funcionamiento, el seguro de vida colectivo deberá ser aportado en el momento en que se vincule personal operativo por parte del prestador de servicios de vigilancia y seguridad privada, en concordancia con lo dispuesto en la Subsección 2.
