Domicilio. La ESAP tiene como domicilio la ciudad de Bogotá donde funcionará su sede nacional, ejercerá sus funciones a nivel nacional y podrá crear Direcciones Territoriales y Centros Territoriales de Administración Pública, CETAP, para el desarrollo de su objeto y funciones en el territorio nacional.
