Las organizaciones soviéticas de comercio exterior procurarán utilizar los valores que obtengan de la exportación de maquinarias, equipos y otras mercancías soviéticas a Colombia, en la compra de mercaderías colombianas, inclusive los artículos manufacturados y semifacturados, de acuerdo con las condiciones comerciales normales.
