Art. 134. Cuando un Juez comisionado se halle impedido por ocurrir en él alguno de los impedimentos mencionados en el artículo 749 del Código Judicial, pasará la comisión á quien deba reemplazarlo, sin que sea necesario para que éste la cumpla, que se declare previamente separado al Juez que se haya manifestado impedido; pero si el impedimento manifestado no fuere cierto, el Juez será responsable en los términos fijados en la ley penal.
