La solicitud de inscripción en la carrera judicial deberá presentarse ante el Ministerio de Justicia, División de Asistencia a la Rama Jurisdiccional, o remitirla por correo certificado, a más tardar, dentro de los tres meses siguientes a la fecha de vigencia del presente Decreto acompañando a ésta los documentos correspondientes.
