El Patrimonio Autónomo a que se refiere esta ley, estará vigente hasta aquella fecha en que subsistan beneficiarios del mismo y una vez extinguidas las obligaciones pensionales, el patrimonio será liquidado y su remanente entregado a Telecom.

Ley 651 de 2001 · por medio de la cual se autoriza la constitución de un patrimonio autónomo para el pago del valor del cálculo actuarial por pensiones a cargo de la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones, Telecom, se señalan algunos aspectos relacionados con su constitución y régimen y se conceden unas facultades extraordinarias al Gobierno Nacional.
