Artículo sexto. El pago del personal y de todos los gastos relativos a la obra de desecación del Valle de Sogamoso se efectuará por conducto de la Recaudación de Hacienda Nacional de Sogamoso, mediante la presentación de cuentas de cobro debidamente comprobadas y visadas por el Ingeniero Jefe de la Desecación. Comuníquese y publíquese.
