El Secretario del Tribunal deberá examinar las listas que le hayan sido enviadas con el fin de cerciorarse si hay juicios que deban acumularse, y en caso afirmativo, procederá a dar inmediatamente el informe al juez que en su concepto deba conocer de los procesos acumulados.
