Autorízase al Gobierno para que, previa modificación de los contratos celebrados con la Sociedad Seccional de Crédito Azucarero y la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, invierta en la campaña contra el mosaico de la caña de azúcar las sumas que considere necesarias de los fondos que conforme a esos contratos corresponden al Gobierno.
