Las operaciones que realicen los bancos comerciales en exceso de lo dispuesto en el artículo 60 del presente Decreto y para los mismos fines que dicho artículo establece, también tendrán el carácter de redescontables en el Banco de la República al mismo tiempo de redescuento señalado en el artículo 62 de este Decreto.
