°. Las cédulas se solicitarán del Jurado Electoral por conducto de la Alcaldía del respectivo Municipio. Los Alcaldes atenderán permanentemente las solicitudes de los ciudadanos y se encargarán de la preparación material de las cédulas y del prontuario. Los Alcaldes pasarán las cédulas debidamente arregladas a los miembros de los Jurados Electorales, para que el Presidente, el Vicepresidente y el Secretario de éstos las firmen y las entreguen, atendiendo al turno establecido en este Decreto.
