Las disposiciones del presente Decreto y las que se expidan a través del Reglamento Tarifario y las decisiones de la Junta, no afectarán lo dispuesto en la Resolución 10013 de 1981 expedida por el Ministerio de Salud "por la cual se reglamenta la prestación de servicios de salud a las comunidades indígenas, o las normas que la modifiquen, adicionen o- sustituyan'. A las entidades de seguridad y previsión social y a las de subsidio familiar se les respetarán los objetivos, régimen legal, sistema de financiación y autonomía administrativa.
