Dentro de las pautas trazadas por el Gobierno Nacional, éstas podrán desarrollar las actividades directamente relacionadas con el objeto, y en especial las siguientes:

Construir inmuebles para oficinas, almacenes, depósitos o talleres destinados a su propio uso o al de los usuarios de la respectiva entidad.

Dar o recibir en arrendamiento o a cualquier otro título lotes de terreno o instalaciones para el cumplimiento de sus objetivos;

Construir dentro de sus instalaciones puertos, aeropuertos, muelles, lugares de embarque o desembarque, estaciones ferroviarias y terminales de cargue y descargue terrestres.
