Adiciónase la Ley 66 de 1968 con el siguiente artículo En aquellas urbanizaciones en las cuales no se hayan realizado adecuación de terrenos de conformidad con las reglamentaciones metropolitanas, distritales, municipales, sino una simple segregación o división material de un globo de terreno, los contratos de enajenación o de promesa de ventas celebrados nulos por el juez en juicio breve o sumario, pudiendo ser solicitada tal declaración a demás por el Superintendente Bancario.
