Art 247. Los Jueces de Circuito y de Distrito Municipal a lo que dijese en el artículo 1237 del Código Judicial cuando de cualquier modo lleguen a su noticia los hechos de que trata el mismo artículo, sin que sea necesario que proceda denuncio del Agente del Ministerio Publico.
