ARTICULO 3.2.3.8.- VALOR DE LOS CERTIFICADOS DEL REPRESENTANTE LEGAL. Los certificados expedidos por el representante legal de una bolsa de valores, sobre el precio en bolsa de los valores inscritos en ella, harán fe en todas las causas judiciales y ante cualquier clase de autoridades administrativas.
