Las calificaciones serán comunicadas a los funcionarios por el Jefe de Personal del Ministerio, dentro de los quince (15) días hábiles siguientes a la fecha en que se produzcan. No obstante lo previsto en el artículo anterior, cuando el funcionario sea calificado en alguno o algunos de los factores con un puntaje inferior al mínimo aprobatorio, el Jefe de Personal deberá, de acuerdo con lo debatido en el seno de la Comisión respectiva, poner en conocimiento del calificado los hechos que dieron lugar a tal evaluación.
