Decreto 1873 de 2012 · por el cual se reglamenta el artículo 250 de la Ley 1450 de 2011, se crea el Mecanismo Departamental de Evaluación, Viabilización y Aprobación de Proyectos del Sector de Agua Potable y Saneamiento Básico priorizados en el marco de los Planes Departamentales de Agua y de los programas regionales y\o departamentales que implemente el Ministerio de Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio, se establecen sus requisitos y se dictan otras disposiciones
