Orden de beneficiarios. Para los efectos del literal c) del artículo 173 del Decreto 1212 de 1990, se entiende que la prestación se dividirá entre cónyuge y padres, solamente cuando no hubieren existido hijos del causante, es decir que si hay hijos sin derecho a la determinada prestación la parte correspondiente acrece a la del cónyuge.
