Art. 7º Los empleados de oficinas nacionales, departamentales o municipales que recauden fondos en alguna forma, no podrán denegarse a recibir ninguna clase de billetes de los emitidos legalmente por el Gobierno; la contravención a este punto, una vez comprobadas, será castigada con multa de $10 a 50, y en caso de reincidencia, con la perdida del empleo. Los Jefes civiles y Militares vigilaran de una manera especial el cumplimiento de este artículo. Comuníquese y publíquese.
