El Artículo 52 de la Constitución quedará así:

ARTÍCULO 52.

Son ramas del Poder Público la Legislativa, la Ejecutiva y la Jurisdiccional. El Congreso, el Gobierno y los jueces tienen funciones separadas, pero colaboran armónicamente en la realización de los fines del Estado.
