Material de guerra por su destinación. Por su destinación a la defensa nacional y al uso privativo de las Fuerzas Militares y la Policía Nacional, se consideran material de guerra o reservado los equipos de hospitales de la Fuerza Pública y de sanidad en campaña, y equipos de la Fuerza Pública de campaña.

(Artículo 2°, Decreto 695 de 1983, modificado por el artículo 2° del Decreto 3000 de 2005) (Decreto 695 de 1983 rige a partir de la fecha de su expedición y subroga el Decreto 1415 de 1977. Artículo 4, Decreto 695 de 1983)
