Se entiende como año cumplido el contado a partir de la fecha en que se comenzó a prestar el servicio como Oficial o Suboficial hasta la misma fecha del año siguiente.
Para efectos del presente artículo, se computarán los lapsos servidos como civil en el Ramo de Defensa sin solución de continuidad.
