ARTICULO 80 . Retiro por disminución de la capacidad sicofísica. Los oficiales, suboficiales y personal del nivel ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional, que no reúnan las condiciones psicofísicas determinadas por las disposiciones vigentes sobre la materia, serán retirados del servicio activo en la forma señalada en este decreto.
