En cuanto fuere posible se adscribirán las funciones de que trata el presente artículo a otro de los empleados del respectivo Ministerio o Departamento Administrativo; y como retribución de este servicio podrá aumentársele hasta con cincuenta pesos ($50) el suelo que devengue. La partida necesaria para este gasto se considerara incluida en el Presupuesto respectivo.
