Llamamiento. El Gobierno y los Comandos de Fuerza según el caso, podrán llamar al servicio, en cualquier tiempo, a los Oficiales y Suboficiales de reserva de las Fuerzas Militares, para fines de entrenamiento o maniobras, o para hacer frente a las exigencias de la seguridad interior y exterior de la Nación.
