Pronunciado el veredicto, el auditor de guerra, procede inmediatamente a redactar la sentencia que, aprobada, por mayoría de votos del Presidente y los vocales, se notifica al fiscal, al defensor y a los reos. En el caso de que sean varios los reos, se redacta una sola sentencia para todos ellos, de acuerdo con los veredictos del Consejo.
