° El Celador recaudará en la forma que determine el Ministerio de Obras Públicas, el valor de los arrendamientos y remitirá el producto del mes anterior a la Tesorería General de la República, en los primeros cinco días de cada mes, junto con las cuentas respectivas. Un duplicado de esta misma cuenta se remitirá en el mismo término al Ministerio de Obras Públicas.
