Artículo octavo. El ICETEX vigilará la conducta y el aprovechamiento de los estudiantes colombianos en el Exterior, y se abstendrá de impartir su conformidad a los giros para el sostenimiento de aquellos que no concurran con regularidad a los respectivos establecimientos docentes o cuya conducta no fuere satisfactoria.
