º . Plazo de gracia. Cuando en atención al sistema de facturación, los empleadores hayan pagado al ISS las cotizaciones de trabajadores que hubieren seleccionado el Régimen de Ahorro Individual con Solidaridad, correspondientes a los meses de mayo y junio de 1994, dispondrán de un plazo de gracia hasta el 15 de agosto de 1994 para consignar las cotizaciones en la respectiva sociedad administradora de fondos de pensiones incrementadas con el mismo rendimiento de que trata el artículo siguiente.
