Tráfico postal y envíos urgentes . Podrán ser objeto de importación por esta modalidad los envíos de correspondencia, los envíos que lleguen al territorio aduanero nacional por la red oficial de correos y los envíos urgentes siempre que su valor FOB no exceda de dos mil dólares de los Estados Unidos de América (US$2.000) y requieran ágil entrega a su destinatario. La mercancía importada según lo establecido para esta modalidad, queda en libre disposición.
