MODIFÍQUESE EL ARTÍCULO 2.2.1.7.7.5 DE LA SECCIÓN 7 DEL CAPÍTULO 7 DEL TÍTULO 1 DE LA PARTE 2 DEL LIBRO 2 DEL DECRETO 1079 DE 2015 ÚNICO REGLAMENTARIO DEL SECTOR TRANSPORTE, el cual queda así: “artículo 2.2.1.7.7.5. Condiciones y trámite. El Ministerio de Transporte determinará y reglamentará las condiciones y trámites para el registro inicial de vehículos de transporte terrestre automotor de carga de servicio público y particular, nuevos o que ingresen en reposición de un vehículo sometido al proceso de desintegración física total, declarado como pérdida o destrucción total o hurtado, en un tiempo no mayor a dos (2) meses, contados a partir de la entrada en vigencia de la presente modificación”.
